El Carrizal - Day 3

We had a real rebar bending party today!

Over a hundred pieces cut and bent and then wired together with zip ties for the new foundation. 

Some of the team wanted to learn how to do the stucco, and they did a fabulous job (fast, too!) They even impressed Pedro and the locals he had working on it.

We also tried the blue paint we bought. What do you think? The next house will be rose colored and then we'll start again with the peach.
