What a blessed day here at the Center!

The Ducks and Squirrels got to play outside with kites!!! Maria in the Bunnies is crawling around now and even walking with some help! Jennifer, our brand new Bunny, cracked a huge smile today! And Sergio in the Canaries had a wonderful day interacting with the team and mimicking movements and smiles! Just a few testimonies of how the prayers that have been prayed and the prayers that are continuing to be prayed for the children and the workers here are being answered on a daily basis!

Our dental team treated just over 50 patients today and had yet another “miracle story.” A young girl came in today named Gloria. Upon first glance her teeth may have looked pretty good but they were actually on the verge of rotting. The team’s dental hygienist did a deep cleaning, even up and around her gums, which saved Gloria’s teeth from rotting and eventually having to be removed. It is a blessing every day for everyone on the team to see all the smiling faces leaving the dental clinic.

The construction team had a very productive day on the “Chicken Palace.” The roof is on and the fencing wire is up! The team has done so much on this project in just a few days!!!

We are thankful for all the teams that come and serve here at the Center and blessed to see week to week the difference they make in the lives of the children and staff at the Center. From constructing a chicken coop to help provide food to working with the children to provide exercise to aid in development to smiling and helping a nanny fold a big pile of laundry -- the heart to serve the Lord and love for these children is evident and truly appreciated!
