HAITI - October 15

We had some more rain last night, but not the flood we had Saturday night. This morning, after devotions, where Mary led the singing, we took up where we left off Sunday. Bill and Gil and their team decided it would be easier to cut blocks to make the sloping side wall, which looks great!
Dariel and his team finished the Director house drain field, and then some of them started helping with the forms for the bond beams,
while Cliff and Jeff were joined by Andy and the rest of the team blocking in the front wall.
We made an emergency trip to MSC at lunch time to try and find out what happened to our roofing materials, and discovered that they are waiting on some of the materials to come in and won't be able to deliver until Wednesday or Thursday, so we will continue with the Phase One walls and the Director's house this week. We won't get the roof up this week, but we're making great progress in other areas. We're flexible!

The ladies had a wonderful time again with the children's VBS after their regular school in the morning, and didn't get back to us until almost quitting time!
Please continue to pray for our health and safety, and that we will be open to where the Lord is leading us.
