We arrived safely, and to our wonderful surprise found things at the orphanage in good condition and all the children healthy and well. In Bon Repos there was little rain fall, and they fared the storm very well. The weather is great so far, and all of us are excited about what God is doing in this place!
The children have been moved off of the old location where they were in tents on dirt floors, and they are now in temporary housing next to the church. They will remain there until we finish Phase One of the orphanage.
Our plans are to be able to have the children in the new building by Christmas. We are praying that God will provide two more teams between now and then to help us finish up this first phase so the children will be "home" for Christmas.

Pray for us this week as we are working on the roof for the new store room on site. Our goal is to get this completed and begin using it before we return to the State Friday morning.
