...To the phrase "I have nothing to wear!"
...To the phrase "I'm starving!"
...To the phrase "I wish I didn't have to go to school or work today!"
...To a glass of water when it doesn't require a walk to a jug for clean, safe, drinkable water!
...To cold showers. I now love and appreciate them!
...To 'getting ready for bed' when it means hosing yourself down with bug spray!
...When kids say they slept good, it means they didn't wake up crying in the night for a dead parent or a flash back of a house falling on them!
...When a child asks if you have a mom or a dad.
...When a child asks if you will pray with them at night.
...To the phrase "I wish I spoke Creole!", when it is to a crying child who is handing you pieces of their broken heart.
...To bath time when it's in a child's eyes lighting up at the sight of clean water and a fresh towel just for him!
...To the word 'bed pan' when it's a bucket sliding under a bunkbed on the chapel floor!
...To the song "Rise and Shine and Give God the Glory" when it's being used to wake up a church full of children at 5:15am who are ready to take on a new day filled with better opportunity!

Galatians 6:9-10
"So let’s not get tired of doing what is good. At just the right time we will reap a harvest of blessing if we don’t give up. Therefore, whenever we have the opportunity, we should do good to everyone, especially to those in the family of faith."
