What a WONDERFUL team this week!!! We have so many loving hearts working with the over 90 children here at the Center!!! There are so many exciting things going on. Josue in the Canaries took his first steps yesterday!!! And today he was doing so well taking steps all by himself! By the end of the weeks we won't be able to contain him!!! We are also blessed with a pediatrician and a nutritionist on the team.  Every child is getting a checkup with the pediatrician and we are so thankful that everyone is continuing to improve!!!  God is so good.  He has blessed us with the ability to be part of the amazing team of nurses, nannies, staff, interns, mission team members and families working together to help these beautiful children.  What an honor!  We cannot wait to report on how God continues to work throughout the week!!! 

 

Awesome craft!!!  The Ducks and Squirrels got to be "Good Samaritans" and help bandage up their neighbors!!!

What a pretty princess!!!

This was definitely the most precious moment of the day.  We are working to remove the tile baseboards at the Center.  One of our team members this week was busting out the old tile.  Andres was fascinated by what he was doing and kept a close eye on the project all morning.  After watching intently, Andres grabbed the broom.  He did not hesitate at all and knew exactly what to do.  He started to help sweep up the tile into the dust pan and made sure every little piece was thrown away.  He was so proud of the job he did and we were too!!!  Gotta love teamwork!!!
