What an exciting day we've had today. It began with delicious coffee and breakfast.
Cindi Belcher led in an inspiring devotion. She informed us about some of their work with the prison ministry.
We all loaded in the vans, and had an exciting trip to the center. When we ladies walked into the center, into the infant center, we could tell the difference in the children from the day before. You could tell by the looks on their faces and the hugs, how much they appreciated dry clothes and a clean diaper. We saw smiles from babies that yesterday had no response at all. What a blessing these little babies are, they have captured our hearts.
After lunch we worked with the older children. It was so wonderful. Our story was about the birth of Jesus. We marched around the room, the older ladies were pretty tired when this was done. We had fun singing, and playing with playdough.
The word from the men is that they are ahead of schedule on the construction process.
They work so well together, they even look in on the children from time to tim.
Keep praying, we feel your prayers here. He is such a MIGHTY GOD.
